We're bringing the Martinez family together for an amazing weekend at Lucky Arrow Retreat! We've reserved the entire resort for three days of fun, food, and family bonding. Detailed agendas coming soon!

  • Check-out: Sunday, 11:00 AM

  • Full kitchen access in rooms and common areas

🛏️ Room Assignments

Casitas are reserved for the direct children of Maria Ursula and Ramon Martinez (our grandparents): Tía Vivi, Tía Lupita, Tía Chira, Tío Mon, and Tío Rey. If that's you, reach out to me so we can coordinate which Casita works best for your family.

All other rooms are first-come, first-served: the sooner you let me know what you want, the more options you'll have. Each room accommodates 2-4 people and features a kitchenette (including a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker) and a private bathroom.

Want to room with cousins or siblings? Sign up together and note it in your RSVP—I'll handle all the assignments and coordinate with the resort.

If we exceed 40 rooms, backup accommodations are available nearby, but you’ll have to book early, as wedding season is a big deal in Dripping Springs.

💰 Payment & Our Pay-What-You-Can Philosophy

This is a pay-what-you-can event.

Your contribution covers:

  • 2 nights lodging at Lucky Arrow Retreat

  • Group meals and snacks

  • Family t-shirts

  • Planned activities

  • Open bar for Saturday night dinner (if we get enough contributions!)

Suggested contribution: $150-300 per person (adults and kids over 12) for the whole weekend
Kids under 12: $75-150

Can't contribute the full amount? No problem! Pay what works for your family, or just come and contribute your presence—that's what matters most. Zero dollars is ABSOLUTELY ACCEPTED if that's what works for you.

  • Mail a check: 105 Fairbanks, San Antonio, TX 78210 (just text or email me so I know it's coming!)

  • Payment plans available—reach out and we'll work it out

I'll track everything in a spreadsheet so we're all squared away.

📅 RSVP Information

RSVP Deadline: June 1, 2026

Please tell us:

  • How many people in your group

  • Which days you can attend (Friday arrival, Saturday only, Sunday departure, etc.)

  • Ages of any children attending

  • Any special dietary needs or accessibility requirements

  • If you want to room with specific family members (coordinate with them first!)

🎒 What to Bring

  • Comfortable clothes and swimwear

  • Layers for Hill Country evenings

  • Sunscreen and bug spray

  • Cameras for memories

  • Any special snacks or family favorites to share

What's provided: All bedding and towels, group meals and snacks, activity supplies, coffee and basic beverages
