Things to Know
We are super excited you’re coming to the reunion!
We’ve put this page together so everyone can come prepared, relax fully, and have the best possible weekend. Please take a few minutes to read through — a little know-how goes a long way!
Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM on Friday, June 19.
• Room check-out is by 11:00 AM on Sunday, June 21, but you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the property, pool, and bathhouse after that.
• Please return your room key at check-out. A $250 charge applies per key not returned.
• A credit card and government-issued photo ID will be required at check-in for incidentals.
• If you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM on Friday, please contact Lucky Arrow in advance.
Alcohol & TABC Policy
Lucky Arrow operates under a TABC license, and a TABC compliance officer regularly checks the property. Please be aware of the following:
• You are welcome to bring your own beer, wine, or spirits, but outside alcohol must be kept in your room and consumed there only. It may not be brought to the pool, event spaces, or any shared areas of the property.
• Our reunion dinner includes a cash bar. Please support the bar! Lucky Arrow has a $1,000 minimum purchase requirement for our event. If the bar doesn’t hit that minimum, we will be charged the difference. Drink up and enjoy!
Where to stock up nearby:
HEB Dripping Springs has an excellent selection of beer and wine.
Twin Liquors is located in the same parking lot as HEB, in case you want liquor.
Bringing Your Dog
Lucky Arrow is pet-friendly, and we love that some of you are bringing your pups! Here's what to keep in mind:
• Dogs must be registered with Lucky Arrow before arrival. A $150 non-refundable fee per pet applies — make sure this is handled by calling the front desk.
• Dogs are welcome in your room, but are not permitted near the pool, event center, or other shared venue spaces.
• When outside, your dog must be on a leash at all times. Please pick up after them.
• If you’re joining the group at the pool or in the event center and leaving your dog in the room, they must be kenneled while unattended.
• Only dogs belonging to registered guests staying on the property are allowed — no day visitors’ pets.
Property & Amenities
• Lucky Arrow is exclusively ours from Saturday through Sunday at 11:00 AM — no outside guests will be on the property.
• The pool is available from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• The bathhouse is available for showering and changing, especially handy on Sunday after we check out of our rooms.
• Everyone checking in to a room will receive your room info via text from Lucky Arrow before our stay.
• Wi-Fi is available in public areas at no charge.
• The walkways throughout the property are gravel, so we recommend wearing comfortable, sturdy shoes. If you’d prefer a smoother ride around the property, golf carts are available to rent through Kenfield Golf Cars.
Next Door: Bell Springs Winery & Brewery
Lucky Arrow and Bell Springs share a connecting walkway — it’s a quick, easy stroll between properties. Bell Springs is a fantastic spot and part of our Saturday plans.
• Enjoy Texas wines, handcrafted beers, food from their kitchen, and often live music on weekends.
• Family-friendly with a playground, kids’ menu, and non-alcoholic options available.
• Dogs are welcome on leash at Bell Springs as well.

Share the Love: Bring Memorabilia!
Have old photos, keepsakes, or mementos you’d love to pass along to other family members? Bring them! We’d love for everyone to have the opportunity to share and give a little piece of family history to one another. This is a wonderful chance to pass along treasures that belong in the hands of those who will cherish them most.
We will also have a Memory Table to honor our loved ones who are no longer with us. Please bring photos of departed family members you’d like included — let’s make sure they’re with us in spirit this weekend.

It’s happening — the Martinez Family Reunion Talent Show is officially on the Saturday evening lineup! Whether you sing, dance, tell jokes, play an instrument, recite a poem, or have a hidden talent none of us know about yet, we want to see it. This is your moment to shine and show out for the family! All ages, all skill levels, all welcome — the more the merrier. Don’t be shy!
